With a diverse skill set, communication and creativity have been the main traits throughout my career.
I completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts with a major in photography in Australia. I worked as a freelance writer and photographer for street press publications, later moving into the photographic laboratories and digital bureaus.
I was an active member of Gasworks Art Park, PhotoAccess and Artsound.fm. I exhibited my work in group shows, presented radio programs and managed spaces within these community arts organisations.
I worked as a project manager on new media arts festivals, This Is Not Art, and as a zine librarian, managing one of Australia’s largest zine collections. I secured government funding to preserve the collection.

After completing a postgraduate Diploma in Museum Studies at Macquarie University, I worked for more than 20 years in GLAMs (galleries, libraries, archives and museums) as a collection and exhibition project manager. Most prominently working at the National Museum of Australia, organising temporary and touring exhibitions.
During a one-year sabbatical in the USA, I was selected as an artist-in-residence at Gallery One. I also managed a collection digitisation project, funded by the Washington State Archives at the John Ford Clymer Museum.
I moved to Switzerland in 2015, and I was selected to be a Swiss Museum Pass Ambassador from 2018 to 2023. In addition, I build websites, write and edit text for the web and online publications.
Currently, I’m teaching English as a foreign language, which has opened up another world, mixing communication, language and linguistics.
